I have a friend who teaches many Indians in adult English classes. We both laughed till we hurled! These are brilliant satire pieces that work on many levels. They poke fun at the monoculture Australia had in the past, the stereotypes of the police, the ignorant foreigner in Australia, the bogan in contemporary Australia, as well as being an homage to the individual language that has developed in this country at the bottom if the globe. These pieces are an utterly must watch set for all us English teachers!
