I have a daughter that’s really good at following her intuition she told me that she pays attention to her reoccurring thoughts or thoughts that come out of the blue… she also pays attention to what comes up as she goes throughout her day like she might see something in a magazine or on TV or social media and she pays attention to what comes up reoccurring… she also pays attention to how she feels about these things that come up reoccurring… she’s really taught me how to be more aware within my daily activities… it really has worked well for me… thank you for your video !!

It started a couple of years ago when I lost both of my adult children due to tragic circumstances and continued to happen randomly since. So many things I’ve read say these numbers are a visit from your spirit guide or angel(s). I read Jung's book/essay on Synchronicities when I was still in my left-brain dominated mindset and it was the biggest catalyst for my spiritual openness. His writing reached me in a logical/rational way that convinced me of how illogical I was being in dismissing certain phenomena as mere coincidence.

Seems my comment will be the 111th comment. Numbers hold a special importance in my life. To those who think it's just pattern recognition, I didn't know about numerology when it started. It wasn't explained to me. I saw it in license plates, time, even passing cars in my vicinity with their windows down and radios playing with meaningful phrases at exactly 3:33. That last instance in particular is when I went through a bad breakup and was sitting on my front porch watching them drive away.. Patrice Rushen - Feels So Real "Does it seem that Love is just a dream? Give it up," exactly at 3:33. I heard that and got chills, felt like I got slapped across the face lol it was a wake up call for sure! Those instances of multi-layer synchronicities really throw me for a loop because it's like a cutscene in a video game or something out of a movie, hard to describe but it's meant to tell you something about yourself or some thought pattern you keep having. When I first started seeking out guidance from the Divine Source it came through with such purity and love. I'd have dreams of being underneath a tree, talking to it and receiving wisdom from it. Other times I'd dream of a crystal blue lake with beautiful shining colors within it, inviting me to drink from its waters and swim in it. I would start crying in the dreams and wake up in real life crying because of the beauty of hearing a symphony unlike anything an orchestra made by humans could ever produce. On one particular occasion, I found myself talking to the Divine Source while crying and I was driving up a mountain and a white dove flew above my car and I looked at it then it spread its wings out while looking at me in such a wonderous manner - like "I got you, there's nothing to fear, no matter what, I got you." When you truly know that the Divine Source wants to guide you and all you need to do is get out of your own way, that's a beautiful moment. You're never truly alone. I hope this message resonates with some people here - sending you all love and light from the Divine Source. 3:30 AM.

A few years back in a meditation to connect to my guides, i smelled the most beautiful scent - like flowers - and i felt pure joy. Another time, in a stressful period of my life, a couple of years ago, i was in bed, trying to relax, breathe in and out calmly and i felt a warmth in and around my hand, like someone's warm hand holding mine. It made me feel so safe and protected. Those moments are magical, these connections through senses are so clear, you simply KNOW. I think i may also get the "knowing" you re talking about from the way you describe it.

I asked to meet whoever has been with me my entire life before an Ayahuasca ceremony. At some point in the ceremony, there were three beings sitting in front of me; one of them looked like he was made of stone. I just looked at them and understood who they are. The feeling I got from seeing them was, of course love, but it was also really funny. I got the sense they said to each other, eff it, let's just show him, he's obviously listening to us. I don't know, I found it funny, their light got more intense, then the person in control of the ceremony said holy smokes there's a lot of energy in this room right now! Which made it even funnier to be honest. I've always listened, ever since I can remember. I called it the wave. I would ask my mom what the wave is. You know, when a voice tells you things in a wave. My Mom thought I was a bit weird. Anyway, that's my story about meeting my guides.

No, it's absolutely not. The ego is necessary for our sense of identity. The ego is necessary in so many ways. This is not exactly what they mean by 'curb your ego'. There are mediums, that even cure people, that not only have a huge ego but are psychopaths as well. The espiritual apparatus has nothing to do with your character.

I get this from time to time. Especially roses, it is unbelievably overwhelming like I walked into acres upon acres of rose bushes in full bloom. I think the most interesting one I got was a week ago. I was watching a channeling video and before the being was announced I got the amazing scent of wet grass and the being was identified as an earth elemental. Always fun when playing in the spirit world.

Angel Numbers 100%. When my awareness started to heighten I would see 911 a lot, but the more you connect and trust, the more you see, I see angel numbers every waking hour. With the help of crystals, I have also seen numbers and words flash in my dreams. Another thing is working on opening your third eye. I started getting a feeling of warmth and a pulsing on my forehead, this can often happen when I read cards, I will start to see a purple aura and my eyes can feel sensitive while I channel, most times when I'm trying to receive guidance through things like tarot or oracle readings I will feel the need to keep my eyes closed. Finally, confirmation through cold shivers. Quite often I will be doing an activity, or sitting in quiet silence thinking and I will get a cold shiver as confirmation of something, or that I'm heading in the right direction. As mentioned in the video, openness it's very important. 💫

OMG this is amazing. The other night I was sitting on my bed feeling very frustrated that I was not reaching any help from guides. I decided to write down my frustration in a journal. I sat in silence and then thought oh this is hopeless. I closed the book shut and looked over at my clock and I swear the clock was showing 11:11. I felt instantly something odd was happening. (Trigger warning: mention of suicide/suicidal ideation) I little bit more dark of a story (with a light at the end), but I was in a rather unhealthy relationship just over a year ago. On Christmas Eve, after a particularly bad argument, I no longer wanted to exist. I felt lost and hopeless, and just didn’t want to be here anymore. I was laying on my bed in a dark room sobbing, and begged for guidance or a sign to stick around. When none came, I started googling ways to go that were painless. Not sure what I was expecting…maybe a bright light or something? For the ceiling to open and God himself to appear? 😂 Seems silly now, but at the time I was that desperate. While I was googling, my ex-partner’s niece (the one I was in the unhealthy relationship with at the time) messaged me. She had never done so before, nor since. We weren’t that close. Her messaged simply asked if I was okay. I sat there absolutely stunned. We were supposed to see them that evening, but had cancelled due to “not feeling well.” Clearly she had a feeling there was more to it and reached out at that exact moment that I needed to hear from someone. I never told her this story and never will since she was a minor at the time and it’s a lot to put onto anyone, but that message she sent where she showed me care and compassion quite literally saved my life. In that moment, I knew I was divinely guided and protected…even from harming myself. Certainly doesn’t mean all my problems suddenly disappeared, but it’s been the comfort I’ve needed to get through some very tough and lonely times since. Also, certainly not trying to suggest I’m more special than anyone else, especially those who have harmed themselves in any way. Not meant to shame anyone else, just that was my personal feeling around it. In that moment, the self-love/worth I’d been searching for my entire life became very apparent to me. Like I was never, ever again going to allow anyone else to take me to such a dark place. Again, doesn’t mean I was perfect at it right away and probably never will be due to the nature of my traumas, but that sense of self-love has never left me and I’m much better at standing up for myself now. When I have dark moments since, I can work through it more quickly and it doesn’t take hold the way that it used to. I can stay more objective to it that “this too shall pass” and is temporary. The sun will rise again tomorrow. This experience also really helped me open up to the concept of death and really helped me to come to peace with my own mortality. It was a gift in so many ways, but it took getting to that cliff to receive the reward. Not easy, and not for the faint of heart, that’s for sure. Developing healthy coping strategies is a much better approach, in my opinion. Being in the dark can help us to see the light, but I’ve learned that it’s not necessary at all. Hence why it’s so very important to stay grounded. One foot in the 3D (our lived reality) at all times, since it’s the place we are right now to experience the things we are here to experience. Once we have that footing, then we can explore the 5D and beyond (the spiritual realms). I left my ex about 6 months later, and have been rebuilding my life ever since, and have basically lost everything in the process. My business, most of my material possessions, any relationship that I’ve ever had including with my family (had to go no contact to protect my mental health for various reasons). It hasn’t been easy but what keeps me going is getting to a much better place (make and see progress little by little every day) and being able to help people the way she, unknowingly, helped me. We can all do that every single day by just being kind to ourselves and others. Guidance, I’ve found, doesn’t usually come in the ways that we expect, and that’s the best part in my opinion. Magic is real and we’re all magicians. We can create whatever we wish to create and access our magic (energy, power, etc) whenever we want, we just have to choose to do so and get out of our own way. And also allow whatever needs to fall away to do so in order to bring in what actually resonates with our highest good and that of the collective. 🪄

I find it fascinating that you have a "warm cloak" sensation from the Divine as I get a cold shiver through me. That’s my sign from spirit that what I’m talking or thinking about at that moment is correct. When I started meditating & opening up again after being closed for a couple of decades I would wake up & look at the clock & it was 1:23 then 3:21. Other nights 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 all in one night! Ok you got my attention, it’s time to wake up! 😆

Many years ago after moving in to a very old house with my parents, they had a strange experience with their digital alarm clock that said “hello”. Basically it was the early 80’s and my mum woke up at exactly 07:34 and the whole alarm clock had been turned around 180 degrees, just as it said helo. I always loved that story as I felt like there were spirits in the house welcoming them. More recently I was thinking about that a lot and recounted the story to a friend. Then for the next 3 or 4 days I woke up bang on 07:34, in fact it got to the point where I stopped looking at my watch when I woke up as I knew what the time would be! I think it’s great that my spirit guides were saying hello to me and waking me up exactly at that time to say so 😊 I always thanked them.

I got this weird rash on my leg. I paused as I was wishing it to heal, and my perceptions were showing me how the rash appeared; the underlining causes and conditions, the multiple factors that contributed to its existence. With that knowledge I now knew what to and what not to do, not just to prevent it from spreading, but through this i knew what kind of rash it was, and therefor what to do to illuminate it. In this way my “guides” revealed themselves via my intention for the rash to heal, and then they showed me everything I needed to know about it and how to stop it through my perceptions. These perceptions arose as disjointed memories of the causes and conditions which had contributed to it, bread crumbing me to connect the dots about it. When I connected the dots a light bulb when on and I knew what it was, how it arose, and how to stop it. Now the rash is healing.

I was in a good mood (don't remember my exact thoughts at that time) cycling away when at some point I felt supported, like my bike was suddenly silently powered. I had to look back to see if maybe I lost my side bag, or someone was pushing me, but everything looked normal, no one around. I enjoyed this wonderful state, which continued for several minutes.

I love your videos! I actually experienced all you mentioned about the guidance and the best of it is I can communicate with them in an instant. They can talk to me, I can talk to them but sometimes they are not responsive, they are not responsive in ways that If I don't have nothing to worry about on myself on that time. Sometimes, if I want to talk to them and they won't answer, I get a simple phrase "go on, you're doing just fine". Sometimes, they are longing for me, they want me to give them time so I go to nature, I'm a nature lover btw, I jog in a park and talk to them. Sometimes, they want my time, they want to talk to me. Im still struggling to identify the mind and my guide but I'm doing good everyday, and I can say I can identify my guide right now than before but not 100% but yes, I'm experimenting each and every time.

I’ve seen, felt many things including third eye sight of the first AND last name of a person who was spiritually living in his old house (confirmed by house deeds), and I have spoken words and felt strong emotions that have not been mine. Whilst I have therefore had proof to believe, I lack confidence and perhaps was looking too hard for a teacher, so I stopped developing and looked away. I never have striking numbers appear to me until I listened to that part of video, looked up and it was 10.10pm. You then mentioned communication via video.. oooo the shivers that went through my whole body was chilling.. so another sign, which has started again as I write. Two days ago I arranged to meet an ole friend at spiritual church for Carol service and have started to read tarot. Maybe my time has come to connect again.. who knows :) x

I added some spirit guides in my business: content guide, strategy guide, sales guide en so on. I was doing a meditation and afterwards I was walking and at certain point the words came to me for an advertisement of a new masterclass I am organising. The words continued to come and wrote 3 different advertisement while I was walking. I knew that my content guide was coming through me. Afterwards I was cooking and I saw the shape of this guide in the oil. A female guide with nice long hair. So cool and grateful!

I also started fasting and eating only living foods (fruits, nuts, water) cutting out sugar, processed foods, and dyes. I have been sweating out so many toxins built up over my lifetime. I felt great, until I ate a slice of pizza lol. The next day I felt the lower vibration return and this morning I literally asked Spirit Guides and the I AM if I was on the right track or is this blasphemous. I’m listening to this at work and it really got my heart. I can relate with alot of the messages and I typically do. I’ve been in recovery for about 4 years (August 11 will mark the 4). I’ve been working on my nicotine addiction as well. I’m a cross addict so I can get addicted to anything that makes me feel good and it’s been hard for me to do things that makes me feel good, like good habits. So I fight every day to get to the woman I know I can be and deserve to be for myself. No one talks much about that struggle after you become sober. It’s rewarding to not be in that state of mind anymore and more clear headed on my journey of spirituality and self discovery. I’m so thankful for this channel I listen to religiously. It’s helped this Pisces get thru a lot the last year and I’m ever so grateful for you all!!! Thank you for listening to my ramble! ❤

Hello Ben, I have just come across your videos, how clear and encouraging they are. I am 60 years old and have had the gift of energy healing naturally since birth. My guides tell me I am from the highest realm of angels and I am very powerful, my reaction was one of disbelief but I have learnt over time that they are truthful in what they say. My job on Earth is to bring healing in a calm and natural way, so that is what I do. No bells and whistles style ,like human taught reiki for me, apparently the energy flows out of me 24 hrs a day so I have to take care of myself. I can’t have massages or beauty treatments as the practitioners have to stop because they feel sleepy and calm. I have been sending energy all over the world and have healed cancer and flesh eating diseases when hospitals have not been able to do so, and they have marvelled at the speed of healing. The energy teaches the body how to heal itself without drugs or potions so that is a positive thing and anyone who I pass in the street gets a dose without me even sending it. I heal animals too and it is amazing how they just know I am helping them to feel better. We are all here to make a difference so keep up the good work x

You just have to think "I have want I want already, it just hasn't been delivered yet" that's the best way to push through. I look back and think, am I in a much better place than I was 5 years ago? Once I entered a bookshop to buy a book, which I didn’t find. Instead I walked out with the Book of Mediums from Allan Kardec. I told this event to the bookstore cashier and she replied “no worries you might have been directed to buy this book, however if this book is not for you it will end up in someone else’s hands”. I still hold this book after many years and now I hold the whole collection of Allan Kardec books. Talk about guide spirits guidance. My communications come through a conversation occasionally. I literally ask the questions and some time in the future the conversations start.

Finally .. I’m glad you mentioned the advice about hearing from guides. We are all so different. For example, I would be really frightened if I heard a straight up voice … bc I have a previous career as a psychiatric clinician with folks who have very severe psychosis. So although I am keenly aware that those who hear spirit are almost never psychotic, I would immediately freak out and run to the hospital thinking I’m psychotic 😅half kidding but we all do have different comfort zones and I think spirit is fully aware that I don’t want to pick up on voices in my perception. I am very visual and that is how I realized I was getting a bit of guidance. B

Some guidance appear as loud thoughts or louder than normal thought. I was desperate when my husband had started losing his memory and couldnt remember the code for Ipad and had been locked out for 15hrs. I was getting into bed and asked for help. I got as clear as, 0120. Zero one twenty. It repeated several times until I thought, oh shite, thats the code for the Ipad. I had to wait until the fifteen hrs was up before I could open it. I write it down as a note, looked up and sitting on a tree branch right outside of my window were two female cardinals. I once felt a strong sense of urgency to go somewhere at a specific time. I remember looking at the clock and just feeling this strong that I couldn’t ignore to go to a coffee shop. as I was getting closer to the place and feeling weird, I started to feel my heart pounding in my chest kind of like Jumanji, where when they get close, it gets louder… I saw someone sitting there, and I realized that they were essentially the thing I was guided towards. We had a nice long two hour chat and when I got up to leave, I felt this deep sense of relief like I had done what I set out to do or accomplished. I’ve also gotten confirmations from tarot and energy readings. I listen to on KZbin and then further confirmation when the exact same verbiage or talking points come up in a book I’m reading. I’ve had it. I’ve listened to reading, chapter in a book, and it said the same thing, and then a stranger sat next to me on a bench and basically reiterated the same concept over to me out of nowhere. I don't understand how it could even be possible to see the same numbers or times as many times as I do. It doesn't scientifically make sense. I pick up dumpsters that people rent and take them to them to the dump and every dumpster either costs 222.33 or 44.55 or it weighs 2.22 tons. I look at the other people who work there's tickets and there like 26.84 or 174 39. I love the winks from my spirit guides!

And I only see them when I'm not looking. Whenever I look at an oncoming car and think: "I wonder whether it has one of those numbers"...it never has. But as soon as I stop thinking about it, somebody drives right into my field of view with one of those numbers. Recently I was recording a voice message about a spiritual topic, while driving around, and those numbers where everywhere. It felt like every other car had one. I wondered whether I was "onto something" with the things I was saying...

Songs, when I become aware that there's a song in my head I can't get out of my mind I take a moment and think about what it's saying what the song is about or what it meant to me when I first heard it long ago and how it relates today. I'm usually astounded at the relevance. Watch for it, you don't even think about it. It's just there!

I’m starting to get more moments like that. One day while I was trying on dresses for my graduation, I felt stressed about picking out the right dress for myself and feeling comfortable in my skin. I randomly remembered a cover Ryan Reynolds and Will Farrell did of Grace Kelly that later became a viral harmony challenge on TikTok. I thought it was funny until I got to the dressing room; I arrived before the doors and the original version by MIKA was playing on the overhead speakers! I couldn’t help but laugh because I knew the universe was telling me to stop worrying. Sure enough, I got my dress that day with a significant discount. When I looked up the meaning of the song later over lunch, my mind was blown because it was perfect for what I was feeling. I’ve heard the song for years but I didn’t know what message it was until that day!

I didn't start seeing 11:11 or 1:11 until a few months after my 22-year-old son had passed. I was receiving signs from him right away. But I didn't understand the concept of spiritual guides and how I could connect with him. I was directed to a book and I reached out to the author of the book. She had also lost her son. She was the one who opened my eyes to the meaning of angel numbers and spirit guides. I receive signs from them all the time. They always let me know that they are close by and watching over me. I'm still working to connect with my son. That is both an educational and spiritual journey.

I hear a crackling in the air and I've now learned to pay attention, especially to the human situation that I find myself in at that time. I've been warned several times now. I have had a near death experience and in another instance I almost chocked. I truly believe I was visited in the morning by my guide who allowed me to see him come thru the front gate and walk down my side path to the back door. I actually saw his shadow so I followed his energy to discover no real person. That night I almost died and I felt him come into my house (from the back door) and give me the tools to save myself. Ever since I was young, I was able to read people and connect to their loved ones. I have to touch the person, normally by holding hands. I am a logical thinker and said, how can I do this? I have come to the realization that everyone has a frequency, like a radio station. I have to touch the person to be able to tune myself to their frequency to be able to see and feel things, normally by increasing or decreasing my anxiety in my body or the energy level inside me. I have been able to read two different people at the same time and was 100% correct about each of the persons life and what happened in their life and names that they were looking to hear for validation. I’ve described where they live and even what they do for a living. Meditation is a great way to learn to change their frequencies to be able to communicate with other loved ones that have passed on. Loved ones will give and present signs to you to show they are thinking of you and it will cause you to think of them and during those moments you are channeling their frequency by thinking of them, just like changing a radio station in your car. thanks for the video. ❤

My spiritual guidance was first in the form of numbers and once I recognized this, it was everywhere...typically 22 . 2's were in everything. Over the years, it changed to movies or conversations I might have about something unrelated; the numbers were there too. Now, it is one of knowing like you said. As I ask myself the question, the answer is being given to me at the same time. I just know..It's different than a thought, this happens while I am asking the question simultaneously with the answer. Often times a validation will show confirming it. These experiences are part of my existence, I can't think of how life was without it. We spend this lifetime remembering who we truly are.

Ben You have just clarified so much for me in this video. All my life I have found the numbers 369 have followed me and the sensations of 'knowing' when my guide is helping me. There are times when I have ignored the 'knowing' sensation and it has proved to be correct. This has taught me to listen carefully to what I feel. You just popped up on my feed tonight, so I watched the video about when nothing happens when you meditate. I've been very bad about a daily practice, and when I sit and nothing happens I feel I could've been doing something practical! I hear from my guides or Higher Self possibly, in dream-time. I have heard an actual voice when I've been in danger, or had a bodily sensation or sound. A fire bell (I ignored this one because I was young to my peril), a feeling of prickling heat on my aura when sitting next to someone unstable. I've woken up to binary code passing by the back of Once I was in a dark mood, chopping veggies and turned to see a golden tiny light right by my head! It wanted me to see it, it felt like I was viewing through my spiritual eyes, like I was on auto pilot, trance like. This tiny light made a swoop motion, then zipped backwards passing through the wall. I think it was checking on me, reading my thoughts/aura... ? I've been seeing number sequences for years. 11:11, 111, 444, 440, 4444, 222, 333, you know.. master numbers. Also mirror numbers recently 1221 but the last few days I have been seeing 1234 which I call stepping stone numbers. Sometimes it's 234, it's communication of sorts. I look them up. I sometimes get a feeling to check the time and it's always one of these numbers, usually 11:11 or 1212. Thank you for your video, very enjoyable and I like your easy to listen to style. ♥

I'm fortunately seeing an abundance of signs, which I'm truly grateful for, this has been 2 seperate cars with 111 on the number plate, 888 & 444 on telephone numbers on vans parking right outside my flat. There is also a number of ways I think of The Divine, Divine mother, My Angels & Divine spirit guides only because Im grateful for all of their help but also I'm scared of offending all of those who's helped me along my path 😊❤🧘‍♂️🙏😇❤️

44 or 444, every day. I saw it while watching this video. Looked down and saw 44 on a measuring tape I had thrown on my desk. It goes from 1 to 60 inches and the 44 inch was what was sitting right in front of me, staring me in the face. I see it on clocks, on receipts. I saw it yesterday on the gas gauge of my car saying I had 444 miles left in my tank. I always make a point to stop and recognize this and have a moment of gratitude. If it's a clock, I take the whole minute to stop and be thankful, and the at 4:45 I go on with my day.

Hey Ben! You're speaking the honest truth man. Back in 2015 or 2016 when I was first introduced to the vast nature of spirituality (the more ethereal universal type of spirituality and not religion) I stumbled upon a talk show on my mom's TV and the subject of the conversation was angles and how to communicate with them. That was the moment I got introduced to angel numbers, signs and synchronicities. I was very moved and decided to ask my angels/guides to show me a numerical sign (yes I was very specific with my request) as sort of a confirmation of their presence in my life. Guess what.. next morning I woke up, I pick up my phone and boom.. 11:11 AM. To say I was full of joy is an understatement. I still continue to communicate with the universe in this way and I've been able to learn all sorts of other different ways to receive divine guidance. I'd add metaphorical dreams and their interpretation to your board as it's one of the clearest ways of communication in my honest opinion since your rational mind is at rest and doesn't interfere. I’ve had a really traumatic past in my childhood especially and upto the age of 30- I’m now 46. I still see feel smell and receive messages not as much as I like! Lost my father at the age of 13yrs old and Lost my mother 6 years ago was at her bed side when she passed. She came to see me the night after and it was awesome. Just found you, excited to binge your channel. I started writing down the dates of numbers I saw and synchronicities. I’m still very new but eager to learn. I’ve heard and seen things in life what some would say is “beyond the veil”. I can never explain it. I just accepted it and tried to understand it. Once I had a reading with a credible psychic (I researched her) and she validated things about my life only my close family knew. I hadn’t spoken about it in years. It brought me to tears because there is NO WAY she could have guessed it or found out about this particular topic. So that really made me a believer. Where I am going with this is that she said, “You know you have gifts, right?” I’ve sensed things, I’ve seen and heard things at times. I’ve dreamed things that happened. Her saying it out loud made sense but I never really considered that I had a gift. Might just try evolving it and see what happens.

Hello. I receive signs mostly through numbers at the moment. I also get signs through movies. Just yesterday I found myself at the movie theatre and decided to watch a movie I knew nothing about. Turns out it was right on par with my life and current situation. It was a really good message to have received. I also get some messages through music. When my dad died we found three songs written down on a random bit of paper. He liked taking lots of notes on everything. I knew instantly these songs were for his funeral. I made a slideshow with his photos in it along to the music. It really helped me reconnect with him and helped me through my grief. I also do unconscious writing which I believe is ways of the divine sending me messages and connecting with me. It's all very comforting. Thank you for your video. You are a good teacher.

I practice daily mantras and prayer I always let go of control and ask my guides to help me and protect me during the day. I always get signs 11:11 or ringing in my ears. After the day is over I always thank the guides.
