Thank you so much. Going out for my first time tomorrow and pretty excited. However, I don't see there being any room for a picnic basket.....? In my mind I wanted to stop in the middle of the river I'm going on and have lunch lol 🤷🏽♀️

There is always room for lunch, you can put it between your legs or behind the back seat. If you are going for your first time, just make sure to pack it water tight and make sure it floats, just in case…

Hello. Show me how to get into this kayak on a steep bank, in deep water, or from a jetty?
@gabornemeth1589 Жыл бұрын
And of course alone. If there is no one to hold the ship for you.

Want to take my mom kayaking, but due to her cancer treatment her hands are too inflamed to actually paddle. How difficult do you think it would be to control the kayak having a passenger who is not paddling?
@blueplanetsurf Жыл бұрын
It’s easy if you have a bit of paddling experience 🤙🏼

If you are a beginner I recommend going out by yourself first and make sure you are comfortable before having your mom join you, also go in calm, smooth water. Safety first👍

@@blueplanetsurf 100%, plan is to take her to a popular lake around us that has almost zero current at all, and good cover from wind. I think to practice, I’ll just put some weights in the front seat and paddle around a little bit to get a feel and see if I can comfortably keep that up.

Wait, can I wear my glasses? I have really bad eyesight
@blueplanetsurf Жыл бұрын
Yes but make sure to secure your glasses with a neck strap so you don’t lose the glasses if you fall in
