Great presentation per usual! Re: Alcohol levels - You mention that you made a mistake and that Low alcohol is defined as below 12% but I think your alcohol levels are correct as they are. My WSET 2 Book states that Low is below 11%; Medium is 11-13.9%; and high is 14% and above.

You are correct, the info on the slide is correct with 11% ABV is considered low. Thank you for the comment.
