How to make kids less demanding
First teach them to differentiate between their needs and wants
Second teach them to analyze their demand by written down the reason they want that thing, tell them to write atleast 5 reasonable reasons, about why should you buy that for them?
Third Tell them to read it twice and understand that is a right demand or just a waste of money, and if they are having problem in analyzing then you should help them guide them properly, so that in future they can also analyze their demand individually.
Forth Discuss those reasons with your child and those reasons are right buy that but if not calmly explain them why are you not buying that stuff for them
After repiting this activity several times, your child will learn which demands are right and which are not.
And if future also they will not do unnecessary expenses.
