Hello Priya, First thing I would recommend you is to visit a doctor and consult about his behavior. Most of the times it will developmental delay so don't worry but play more with him. Stop giving, laptop, tab and phone. Eventhough you know what he want like " Then water venumna kitchen la vanthu etti pakran..." Etti paatha kudukathiga, teach him thanni thaaga ila thanni. Most of the times parents know what the kid need is but communicate panna opportunity kodukanum so play more and practice more. Don't worry too much
