Mayby try cover up her whole nose/face with your hand, just gently. You shoeld not hurt her ofcourse.

Mayby try with your hand: hold her/his nose by holding the nose with your hand. then your dog will find it annoying and will try to push your hand away with her/his paw. Mayby not so kind for your dog, but it won't hurt your dog!

When your dog covers her or his eye you need to use the command "stay", so she or he will stay in that position when the paw is on the eye or nose. i hope you will understand what i'm saying and i hope my English is good.
