How to tell if a Cow is in Labor

Today my sweet Sugar is in labor.... Glad I was around to keep a check on her! I was totally amazed at the calfs tongue and couldn't believe I caught it on camera!!! She is one of my small framed cows and needed a little help at the end! Both Mother & Baby are doing great! She had an 80lb bull calf. What should I name him?
