I never know the difference between the two booster box until I have a fake and real booster box, it's true that the fake have no trademark under the letter N of any pokemon box at the front while the real one have TM under the letter N, after seeing your video I am glad the risk of ripping off my cards is no more.

I bought it on ebay. I would also be careful about stockx because even though they claim to have "experts" that verify it is real I have gotten a fake box from them (about 2 1/2 years ago though).

The color scheme of the box should always be the same for the same set so if the front cover flap of an Evolving Skies box isn't yellow, then it is fake

The registered symbol is the important part, i've seen real boxes have smaller than usual pokeballs if the wrapping is loose.

The real boxes can have really messed up outer wrappers too. There was even a reprint of vivid voltage that the pokeball symbol will rub right off. Wrapper quality control is not great so you can't tell a fake box by that.

A much easier trick to spot the fake boxes is to check the bottom of the box. There should have some country abbreviations above the CE-mark 🧐

It could still be fake. Other manufacturers may have the symbol and also there are people who reseal boxes so those would look legit.

They ship them in from China to warehouses in several different states, all sorts of products. The ebay seller will be based in China but then the product ships from New York or California.
