I can totally attest to this. I always see this in my own recordings, especially when I'm late with my hits, how tight I am at contact with my grip and I actually don't even try consciously to create more spin by doing the fake "follow through" crap. I have even noticed that I hold my breath at times too when this happens. Maybe it's not enough that I'm doing modern forehands now and trying to perfect it, but possibly the "modern grunt" needs to be added for me to breath out. :) Awesome. Cheers, M

There is a drill in your book - swinging a racket at a ball with no strings in the racket. Super good for learning to be loose.

YES.....the title of my book, in early development, was actually "There Is No Ball", named after that drill. It's such an amazing learning tool. Thanks so much for your support of my coaching!

Its how you start the swing...when everything is spaced properly... obviously his left arm has pulled back too early
