I mainly use the image box as a reference. As a OG unlimited collector the first difference I notice is the picture box from the card. The OG unlimited are wider than the reprint 2010+, probably because the reprint one used the same card design from series 6 cards 5ds pre-series 7 era (TDGS-TSHD) if you take any cards of these sets and compare them you'll see they look alike, even the material and foiling. My recomendation to all OG unlimited collectors is to not buy online sites that doesn't show the image of the card that you will receive. That happened when I ordered Solemn Judgment and received 2014+ reprint and couldn't sent back to them. Same code of the card but different print received, I wish people know more of this topic cause sometimes they call me exaggerated. Thanks for sharing this info

I just ordered a psa 9 red eyes from 2002 lob, psa 9 blue eyes from lob, psa 9 sdk blue eyes all unlimited. Now I’m wondering if they’re reprints. It says 2002 on the psa slab but it could still be a reprint like you said. Can even the sdk blue eyes be reprints?

Sdk was never reprinted like how lob and other booster pack oriented sets were. Would deff take a look at the card over the slab as graders sometimes get it wrong as well!

I dont understand 1 thing. I got new boosterpacks. I got the new cards so it says 1st edition, but they have 2 dots?? So its a reprint? Right? It also says 2020 not 1996

@@gloriouschannel3683 so this video was made before they made the 25th anniversary reprints. So anything that says 2020 on the bottom of LOB-EN MRD-EN SRL-EN PSV-EN & IOC-EN those ones were printed in 2023

Dmg if you’re referring to dark magician girl only had one print which would be considered OG print from the MFC set. The legacy cards always tend to be… LOB, MRD, SRL, PSV, DCR & IOC. But yes OG will technically be more valuable than the legacy reprints. Hope that helps!

It's an euro print, the 1st edition card code there is MRL-E and every "magic" text is spell. Probably the MRL code was just to have consistency with all the copies in the world when they started to change the wording. Until Master Collection 1 is where you can find SRL in the code.

The OG cards are the same as the tins 2003 except for the magic spell difference. With some cards that they changed from magic to spell they did make some other changes. They didn’t change any errata but did change the size of the text.
