Dr Lori! I’m so happy to say that my loop has arrived already, but my gem tester is delayed due weather. But it should get here this week. I even got a postage scale and printer to help me sell! 😃 I can’t wait! I recently rediscovered a large divided case with lots of jewelry that I bought a couple of years ago to resale. I’ve been through several years of illness since then, during which I was pretty much homebound, other than dr visits…just too sick to deal with it. I’m better now, and trying to learn how and where to sell the items that I already have, but I enjoy “the hunt” most of all! So much fun! I hope to be able to do more of that soon. Thank you for how you give so much to us! It’s invaluable information, but it’s precious to see your heart in wanting to help us. I can see that it brings you joy. ❤️ If I may, I’d like to offer you a little help. You often express frustration in dealing with your hair. I think I can help. 😊 Like you’ve said about yourself, I don’t want to be bothered about fiddling with my hair much! Ha! I’ve never been one to “primp”, as my Momma used to say. 😁 Out of four daughters, I’m the one who has always primped the least. Ha! There is a type of hair dryer/brush type thing, made by many companies. It looks kind of like a fat curling iron, but also like a brush. It blows hot air, and is very inexpensive. Maybe $30. Those things are miracle workers for folks who have hair like yours and mine. You can do your hair in 3 - 5 minutes! That’s all! And it looks like you’ve spent an hour or more! It won’t look really curly, probably. It’ll just look healthier, less frizzy, and give it some body. Sometimes, if I want it to look a little special, I even spray the handful of hair with hairspray, while it is stretched up, then roll it onto the brush, as I describe below. (That will help it hold a little curl.) But usually, I don’t bother with that. I know you’ll be pleased! (Like you say, I don’t think so. I know so! Ha!😂) I simply grab a handful of hair, take the “brush”, and brush it straight up, until you can roll it back down…kind of like wrapping it around a curler. Hold it there in that position until it’s very warm…may feel too warm to your hand (takes just a few seconds). You just continue until you’ve done all your hair. I promise you…you’ll be amazed, and it’ll look great! You can use it with wet or dry hair. It’ll just take a little longer if it’s wet, of course. If you’re interested, there’s an inexpensive treatment that moisturizes really well. You can find it at Walmart! It’s made by Aussie, and it’s called “The Seven Minute Miracle”. I used to buy it in a larger bottle, and used it regularly. You can shower, washing your hair, then putting it on, and by the time you’re through with the rest of your body, you can just rinse the treatment out and go on with your brush/dryer, as I described above. If you can let your hair dry a while first, it’ll take less time with your brush/dryer, of course. 😊 Another thing that helps hair tremendously, is a vitamin supplement called “Biotin”, also found in Walmart. 😉 I have been binge-watching, and have more to go! It’s been cold today but I was out to the closing antique store today and got a Trifari brooch with the original box and original tags on the brooch. As regards for the question of the day I would prefer a headset and this is the reason why I don't use earbuds anymore. First, because they deliver sound directly into the ear canal, there's a much greater risk of damaging your ears if the volume gets too loud. ... Earbuds can also push earwax deeper into the ears, causing blockages that affect your hearing, making you raise the volume even more.
