Seems strange for a blind person to carry cash, why wouldn’t they just use their debit card?? A lot less hassle

Easier yes, sometimes though plastic isn’t accepted depending on where you are. Canadian bills have braille if you can feel it.

Not every place accepts card and its better to carry some cash around in case your card declines or something

...you know most of us have digital keys to enter PIN and even when waving the card, you won't know how much your cash is left in the debit card, right? In fact, most currencies except the USD has braille, that is cheap to print and design...why would you be so archaic towards a distinct group of people?

@sallyblue404 yes and some like to use cash as they have a budget and for some people they can tally up how much cash is on hand and what is left for the week, day whatever. I know myself being near blind it’s a lot easier to tap and go I don’t have to look and fumble through cash. However since I developed this mindset I really don’t pay attention to a total at the grocery store, just pay and go and collect my 3% cash reward. Then I wonder later how much was it again?m. Dimness I know bit a lot of people do this and the stores love it!

Thanks. Interesting though that the training center for blind and visually pair of adults, 99% of us used iPhones, but I guess that’s not your experience no one who’s blind or visually impaired uses iPhones so no need to tell people about Seeing AI or even just usingthe phone app while voiceover is on. Thanks for nothing.

Or you know maybe because he doesn't have an iPhone he doesn't know the apps and cannot show them. Kinda crazy for you to go off on someone for trying to help people just because you're iPhone wasn't included.
