It’s hard to think anything other than fastball cause if you’re sitting on the curve then it’ll be harder to adjust to the heat. If you expect fastball it’s easier to wait an extra split second and poke the curve into the outfield or something.

These are some great advices. There's a lot to take in consideration and to analyze while you're in the box. I think you also should also consider the pitch placement, not just the type (and speed/movements it involves). After a low pitch, you can guess a higher one. After an inner pitch, you can expect an outter one, and vice versa. North-south and east-west locations. Thanks for your videos and channel, man! I used to play baseball at a rather high level when I was younger and after a long time out of the field, I'm back into it (mostly for the fun of it!). Your advices are very useful for me to become a better player, even at my age (I'm 33). Keep up the good work and cheers from the province of Quebec, Canada!

I remember once I was pitching and it was 2 strikes, I fiddled with my glove and blew a fastball right past the guy He was frozen!!

It's a really brilliant idea so that you get your timing down and know what pitches the pitcher can throw so that you be ready for them!

I’m a pitcher and ima use this to rip hitters off like I’m throwing a curveball and then throw them a fastball
