How to Tempo-Sync Loops and Scale Tempos in Kontakt

Wow, just what I needed in my song where I need a Zero-G percussion sample library to play at half speed to fit my song. The "Constant" modulator ... I would never have figured that out myself. Thank you :)

Thanks. when i use sultan drums 4/4 ritm, it doesn't sync with cubase metronum. I defined the tempo 57 bpm...when i alter to bpm to 120 it,then it fixes. But i have to play at 57 without distortion. Do you have any idea?

Just a minor correction regarding the Constant modulator. What the value display says is not what the back-end of Kontakt is actually doing. 25% constant mod is actually doing 100% faster (double time), and -25% constant mod is actually doing 50% slower (half time). Yep, weird, but that's how it is!

Thanks David. Liking the TMPro then speed=zone tip. Not sure though why you would then want to use the constant modulation, iso of using beatmachine and the speed control (which also gives you the percentages option)?

ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS is that when I save an instrument , it does NOT save the sync/slice sample settings !!! so for me a big problem ... any solutions out there ??

bought a kontakt instr that the tempo sync is off - slightly fast and renders the instrument nearly useless. will have to get under the hood and mess with this stuff to try to fix - just hope it can save as another instrument though...
