I have an app idea - do you recommend finding a developer to join my team for equity, or raise $ to just pay a developer to make the app? Thanks man!

If you don't know any developer passionate about the thing you are building it might take a long time to find someone who is willing to work for equity. Besides that, if you don't know each other personally, you'll probably have to do some paperwork to get equity sorted ($$$ for lawyers) Paying someone on fiverr, freelancer com, etc will be generally faster in that case.

I hope to one day have a business as successful as yours. I wanted to ask your opinion on my business idea, I want to make handmade bath and body products. Here in New Zealand we don't have any major bath and body store like how they have Lush in the USA. I've seen how successful lush is and think there's huge potential to create a nz version of it. I'm scared to start because I'd have to invest all of my savings into it, so do you think there's potential in this niche?
