Great video Scott, straight to the point and full of useful information. As an FYI following our conversation at the last workshop. The Pentax cameras when tethered to Lightroom continue to wright to their memory cards in what ever mode you have them set to. So for example card 1 could be DNG and card 2 JPG, but the camera will also send the DNG to Lightroom (takes around 8-10 seconds for a 45Mb image). I think at the time you commented that the Canon wasn't saving images to the memory card when tethered.

I am trying tethering for the first time! How can I have all images saved at my SIM card? So far I have all images at my Lightroom but none at my SIM card ;( I am trying to find a setting at my Nikon D6ii and save camera+computer but can’t find it!

Could be a lot of things im afrain. Cable, USB port on machine, USB port on camera. Best to try a process of elimination

In most modern cameras, you can automatically rotate images mate.

If you're working with clients on set, they can see the images as they are taken and give their opinion. If you shoot food or product, and your camera is out of reach, this gives you a preview much like the back fo the camera would.

When you see the image on a big screen, it´s easier to find mistakes, small imperfections and even exposure issues.

Don't you think it would have been much better if you'd taken an actual picture? A shot of a pen on the desk, anything would have been better than a blurry picture of something that's not even detectable. Ridiculous, it would have been so easy.
