Step 1 - shoe tree to retain shape as its cleaned Step 2 - light scoring of the sole edge and heel prior to "inking" Step 3 - soft brush to clean shoe of ingrained dirt Step 4 - cleanser is applied Step 5 - cream leather conditioner (wait 5-10min after application to absorb) Step 6 - hard brushing to take off any excess conditioner Step 7 - hand rubbing to start the polishing process Step 8 - shoe polish & polishing water - small amounts of water added to shoe polish help create a mirror finish Step 9 - light brush buffing applied w/water to create even more shine Step 10 - more polishing water applied to make sure all polish has been absorbed Step 11 - waxing the sole in appropriate matching color

明確な答えではありませんが、例えばホテルのスタッフさんだとして、大理石の床やカーペットの上でしか履かなければ、ソールの磨耗は少ないかと。

素人の疑問。 馬毛で掃除して、クリーナーして、コバインクの工程じゃ駄目なんですか？ コバのインクは乾きは早そうですが、馬毛の掃除で毛の傷が付くだろうし、クリーナーで拭き取っているときもウエスでコバに当たってるし、素人の疑問でした

Not a bad shine but he left out a few important steps for instance there was no treacle brushed over the shoes for stickiness and then dipped in feathers but otherwise not too bad
