This was a great tutorial! You have such pretty lips. The red color makes them look prettier. I think red lips suit you perfectly because you have really fair skin so neutral eyes and red lips look stunning on you.

I have very tan skin at the moment since i just came back from FL and i tried the red lip and i loved it the concealer idea was great and i really like the layers that keep the red from rubbing off. I have watched a few of your videos and will continue to watch them because i think you really show that younger people can really be a part of the makeup lovers.

I actually tried this lip colour when I was pale. Now that it's summer, I have a tan, and I tried the red lip again and it was still soo beautiful. So I think that it works very well on me. Thank-you for doing this video. XOXO Amela

Balir I love this look on you.I see all the Twighlight stuff in the background.When they were casting for New Moon I asked my agent to try and get me an audition,but I'm assuming they casted actual Native Americans or actors that were extremly well known.Red's with orange undertones look best on tan or browner skin tones so keep that in mind when you tan in the summer

It depends on the red lipstick's undertones. A blue-ish red lipstick brings out yellow as blue is a compliment to yellow making it stand out.

I have a skin tone similar to yours and I think it looked great on me as well as it did on you.justa a little tip: put the concealer on your lip before the liner and lipstick it just helps make more bright, also after you are don put thumb in your mouth and pop it (that just sound crazy) out to prevent lipstick getting on your teeth.

wow blair those are the perfect red lips. i think you should try "red enriched'' creamstick lip liner to line your lips by MAC. Its also helps to prevent bleeding and feathering.

I usually use Brule from MAC all over my eye and then Sable from MAC in the crease and outer corner, with brown liner and black mascara. It's simple and it doesn't take away from the red lip. Hope this helps!

no its not bad, using a lip brush just gives a little more precise. but still if you get the lipstck straight from the tube it will still be pretty neat. hope it helped ! :)

I am super olived skined i am an NC 40 right now. just because im tan.,in the winter i get to NC 25 so im quite like you. and right know I am wearing the same as you.. just that instead of using brave red I use Russian Red lipstick & lipgloss. because its more flattering on my skin right now. i also use brick lip pencil tho. I've tried your conbination (Brave red & love alert) when im tan and not tan .. and when im tan the russian red combination works better hence im wearing it now

outlining your lips with lipliner help to keep your lipstick color from bleeding outside of your lips, not necessarily to outline your lips

heya, I'm similar coloring to you and although i haven't tryed that particular red tone, i often wear Barry Ms Bright red which has more of an orange under tone. Scary sounding i know. But i find it doesn't wash me out as much as cooler red do on my lips.

can u do a video on how you straighen your hair? in ur videos your hair is sooooo straight! whenever i straighten my hair it becomes un-straight within an hour. btw, red lips look rilly good on you. i tried this look on me, and it looked really bad. and my skin tone is like 3 shades darker then yours, blair.

IT helps to work the lipstick onto ur lips, not just putting a layer of it on(as you would from the tube).. Stays on longer this way :)
