Tks Prix During this video, I stoped it and did a part of this pratice. It was the first time thet I intentionaly I thogth in English. I said, in my mind, a history abour one day that I remembered the best thinks happened to me until this day. I was in a very difficult situation this day and win put out of that condition and went to my car. Yes, it is helpful. When I started my journey, I had no one to practice English Speaking with me, so I had to find a solution. I established a daily routine of speaking practice, asking and answering questions while combining the other English skills. In 6 months, I could speak and understand English. Don't focus on the mistakes, focus on conditioning your brain to use what you study
