Hm well Franklin is better actually. He is a self-made millionaire on all plans, he was born poor and built opportunities by himself. Tariq was all about luck and was somehow built by his environment ( tasha (lies and hatred), ghost (money), kanan,(selling drugs and ethics), dre, tommy ) he had everything to be what he is right now. However, Franklin had nth of all these, as havy said he is polyvalent he could do anything he wants. I didn’t watch power book II yet but Ghost’s part yeah i did, tariq is no way smarter than Franklin.
