How to Thread a 2-Thread Flatlock Stitch

I want a babylock but want hands on training. Do you have any programs that offer training?

at 5:13 I notice that the Baby Lock skipped a few stitches in the first 2 or 3 inches which really show up when you open the flatlock stitch. Does the Baby Lock usually skip stitches this way?
