How long does it take for the tapers to set up and harden before removing from molds?

It depends on the temperature in the room. It is under an hour, but we can speed by placing the molds outside it up in the winter or in the freezer. Then it takes about 20 minutes. Make sure they are fully hardened before you remove them, or else you will pull out the wick and leave the candle inside. . . It's tricky to remove the wax after that and involved a lot of hot water and a heat gun.
