The forth thread is actually the easiest , once you can successfully get the 3 threads into the right channels. Just use the unoccupied holds besides the channels for the 3rd thread. Happy sewing ❤️

It depends on your preference, The 3 threads sometimes come in a manual option , so if you are in a region where power supply isn’t available all the time you can consider it, cost or price difference could be another reason to influence your decision of which to buy. The 4 thread overlocker can sew and serger simultaneously but some 3 threads cannot. There are different brands of both machines out there so , whichever one you want to buy ,please ensure you go for the trusted brand in your region. Best of luck.

Keep practicing, you will get used to the speed with time,. Also If it’s a clutch motor industrial overlocker like this one in the video, changing the pulley to a lower speed power can reduce the speed. But Please note that you may not be able to do this by yourself, you will need a sound machine technician to get this done for you. Good luck 👍

Check your treading channel for all threads, a thread might have cut along the way. Just retread it and I’m sure the issue will be sorted.

It’s easier when you open up the compartment near the needle, so try to open it, this will make it easy for you to access the needle’s eye.
