I have an old net made by hands and they stuck in rocks, tree banches all the time and they take almost everything from the river not only fish. In my country we dont use those kind of nets so my question is do they have that problem?

The bottom of the net is weighted. once it hits the bottom, you pull the cord which is attached to main lines in the net, and it all loops back together
