It does seem they are up to date with auditors and the PINAC community.
I was met by a local auditor, his Channel link is below.
This particular police officer came across very Unprofessional with her attitude.

A perfect example of the disconnect. An inability to understand the perspective of the public. The female officer thinks a smirking, contemptuous, smarmy slovenly attitude will create a connection. After telling lies she then tries to twist the law to intimidate someone to do what she not the law demands. Both her and the sergeant I am certain left the scene thinking with contempt of a man trying to highlight the short comings of police interaction. They see it as baiting or antagonism of “for clicks”. They see absolutely nothing wrong with their attitude. But I ask do they think this raised my opinion of the police or reduced it? To be honest it made me sad because I see no way through the quagmire . Yardley tried to connect but the sergeant saw that as a waste of time. Blinkered and antediluvian
