Target Shooter Thanks man, Glad it helped. I try to keep the irritating music to a minimum. lol Sometimes I have to use it to cover up when I have to delete sound due to copyrighted tunes in the background. YT is really anal about that. Some of my vids are purely instructional. Some I try to do like a show. Thank you for watching! I have a really hard time working with 50lb line, it's always so stiff and can never properly tie a knot without it uncoiling. Any tips?
@scottnra Жыл бұрын
@ReelAlb Palomar knot! its the best one for Braid to terminal tackle. easy to tie and tough. for the droppers a triple surgeons knot shown should be easy. if you need it, you can get a knot puller like this one to help tighten without hurting your hands. amzn.to/3rJjSxQ Thank you for watching! Scott, do you ever drop an anchor to stay on a wreck or do you continually drift. I have always drifted over wrecks but this Saturday my buddy wants to drop a wreck anchor. Your thoughts??
@scottnra4 жыл бұрын
Jeff Great Question! I don't anchor for 2 reasons. 1. You work a lot less of a wreck and many times the fish are holding in one or two spots. 2. and more importantly, it screws up anyone else who actually knows how to fish a wreck because they have to work around your rope. What we do (and it takes practice) is control the drift using the motor. Put your stearn into the wind and hold the boat by bumping it in and out of reverse. You can hold it pretty steady that way almost all of the time once you get the hang of it and everyone can fish kinda close when it get's crowded. Thank you for watching! This video is the best I saw today and I finally got my line back in action. Going to go sea bass fishing tomorow and try it out. Now with your help, I won't EVER have to rely on a man to fix my line after those suckers snap it.

Too bad I couldn't find bait in any stores to go fish today. I only did 2 hooks because it's already heavy as hell with 2 let alone 4 lol. My record was 27 inch sea bass but they aren't black like yours. This one is from the Atlantic Ocean in NB Canada. :)
