Ah tbh idk. I wouldn’t tie my hair up really tight, that’s the only thing. When my hair was long I would tie it up really tight all the time and my hair would fall out. I would tie it in a low bun that’s not tight if my hair was receding.

It’s a taper fade. I don’t recommend having them cut the front of your hairline tho, just do the sides and the back. Doing a blow out looks nice too.

Hey man, just started growing out my hair. My sides are in the awkward stage, I have super straight but thick hair so they kinda poke out. My top isn't long but it isn't too short. How long would it take to grow it out and style it like the first style bro?

I’m currently re growing my hair out again. The way I’m doing it is growing out my top longer then the sides… that way you can slick your hair back or put it in a head band when your in the awkward stage. Don’t let your sides and back grow longer then the top first… I recall reading somewhere that the sides grow faster then the top so if you cut the sides down a bit eventually they’ll catch up.
