How to Tie a Running Bowline in UNDER 60 SECONDS!! | How to Tie a Hitch Knot

The Bowline Knot and the Running Bowline are two of the most essential knots.
In this video I demonstrate how to tie each of these important loop knots with a focus on how to tie a Running Bowline.
The Bowline knot is used to create a fixed loop at the end of a working line, whereas the
Running Bowline is used to create an adjustable loop at the end of a working line, similar to a noose.

It IS a running bowline, as it's tied with the long part of the rope (standing) already inside the bowline loop.
