I am covering amazing and unique knots as well as traditional knots. If you're a man, and you probably are if you're reading this, the odds that you will one day have to ironically wrap a tie around your neck are really high. Like, sky high. It might be for a job interview or for your own wedding, and you'd do well to put one on at the funeral.
If you are Beginner, don't worry. I will help you with my step by step tutorials on how to tie these amazing, new and fun ways to tie a tie.

Ben Siple. Likely comes from the Trinity knot from the way it's tied, but you can say you learned it from a sherpa while riding the elevator in the Empire State building. ;)

I have been using this knot more at my sales job and have been asked many times how I tie it. For a little extra flair, purchase a silk flower that matches the color of your tie clip/bar/chain, pocket silk, or accents, then use that flower instead of the coin that Patrick uses. Has a very nice effect, but does require some extra care during your evening, as it can be flattened easily. I recommend silk carnations, small ones, a little bigger than a quarter. I used a white one, with a black tie, vest, and slacks, with a white shirt.

I did it with a darker tie, so the knot is not showing up all that great. I'll try and get it on Instagram; do you have an account? This tie is great, a lot of these 'specialty' knots do not work for us taller guys, unless we're wearing a sweater. Thanks again.

I would be curious to see if the Purple Heart medal would fit in there and be visible. As a Purple Heart recipient, I do not always wear my medals but that tie looks to be a perfect way to display for those times when I am not going to a formal.

I had an extremely difficult time keeping the tie folded in half. I did a good enough job for the first two steps that required the folding, but the third ruined the whole thing for me. Putting a coin in it made it even worse. I guess I just need more practice.

Spencer Lee I here you. When I first learned this knot it was tricky to keep the fold in place and then adding the coin certainly made it more difficult. You're right, just keep practicing. Thanks for watching Spencer.

+Gregg Acuff It usually takes 2-3 practice runs and then I got it. Of-course I'm sort of used to doing this kind of thing.
