How much distance need between installing two hammocks side by side

Between 110 and 170 cm. 110 cm is probably sufficient for static exercises on the spot. But depending on your body size you may touch each other during dynamic exercises especially when moving around in circles or swinging with outstretched limbs. The more space you have the better, e.g. 150-170 cm. On the other hand you might want to be able to fit a lot of people in your classroom. In my videos you get a good overview of how much space you need for different exercises.

Hello Jess, you have to attach the upper end of the daisy chains to one or two rigging points. A steel hook in a concrete ceiling or a wooden or metal beam can be used as rigging points. This depends on the conditions in YOUR flat, house or studio. There are also mobile frames for aerial rigging. (In case of doubt you better consult a construction craftsman or a professional rigger.) Habe alles super verstanden, das wäre auch super wenn Sie uns zeigt wie unsere Hängematte auf den Dachboden hängen kann ..... also mit eine Video . Es gibt so verschiedenen Deckenhalterung . Habe schon meine Hängematte, zwei Daisy Chain und zwei Karabiner....... danach ich weiß es nicht welche andere Deckenhalterung soll ich kaufen.
