Im a big fan of gemini products but the 360 rig has no place in todays carp angling its redundant now compared to the ronnie rig which is as effective but safer

The eye catches in the net needs shrink tube over it.That 360 is out dated obviously improved Ronnie is out now ,i never used the old style 360 wouldn't.

Put some silicone over the eye, or it isn't safe.

Hi Martin, a bit of silicon over the eye is a great addition 👍. It still doesn't guarantee the metal won't get caught in the mesh, so its still important to either unhook the carp in the water or lift in a retainer so that the hook doesn't have any additional pressure on it.

@@matttownend6406 retainer is best, you have to be careful unhooking in water as you aren't in full control.

When advocating a rig like this you have yo remember the majority of carp anglers now have little to no experiencr hadling large fish like carp. In a sport thats growing so fast promoting a rig that can so easily get caught in net mesh is part of the reason so many beautiful carp have parrot mouth. It is hard on some lakes to easily reach the water especially for disabled anglers. The Ronnie is far safer and superior to this rig now in every way. Lets move on and preserve the carp we love so much.

Safety of the fish is priority. That’s why Matt explained that unhooking the fish in the water with this rig is necessary to reduce the chance of the components getting caught up.
