Thank you, this is great. I don't have superhair, so I used brown thread, then tied in another bobbin of black to come back up as ribbing, and finish everything else up. It's my second go-round with this fly, and the first batch were very effective.

Could I get the link to get one of the short needle bodkins if they are still available, that tool just makes too much sense, love it. L 👍🎣👍

Absolutely gorgeous pattern, five star tie, this is my new box stuffer, NOT gong to call YOUR name when I catch a fish though, just saying, but still a great video. L 👍🎣👍🤣🤣

What's the purpose of the white tiemco at the beginning? Cause of how it lays flat?

Thank you for the tutorial. Could you tell me how you might fish this nymph, especially if you need to get it down in fairly deep water. In other words, what would your rig look like, would you use split shot, an indicator vs. a sighter, etc.?

Thats a bad ass fly, baetis are thin and this pattern knocks it out of the park, you can tie it in even smaller colors, in my area we have scuds everywhere this fly covers that creature also l0l.

Would you tie it the same color on the east coast
