Thats awesome! When you harvest them, you can put into a bowl or bag of cold water. Let it sit foraround 15 to 30 minutes. This helps the eggs become stronger. You can then strain the eggs and cure with salt and sugar. I used sea salt, they say non iodized is prefered. For about a pound of eggs, i think i used 3 tables spoons of salt and 1.5 of sugar. I mixed it and let it sit in the fridge over night. In the morning the eggs are plump and ready to be strained of excess water and put into a container for storage in the freezer. I hope this helps! I love that! My dog gets to enjoy trout as a jerky treat. I like to dehydrate the skin and fins for him as well. With the bones i make him some fish broth to have with his food. Thanks again for watching and tight lines my fishy friend!
