Are cormorant decimating fish stocks?

Those bugger's (Comorant's) have hovered up more or less all the fish down my local river.Now they have switched onto the Canal and I see them on a daily basis

Yes there everywhere 100s of them on my local waters. Out of control nothing will be done though.

No doubt whatsoever, I've witnessed the black plague decimating waters especially smaller waters ,horrible creatures
