I just got back from Seattle, and stayed in a hotel that was owned by a gentleman who was Indian... He was impeccably dressed in a suit, and He had the most beautiful purple Turban I have ever seen. I was captivated by the way he had it wrapped, and the deep purple color. The fabric looked to be silk. I wanted to tell him how Impressive he looked in. A true gentleman who greeted guests with a warm Good Morning... I'll be going back to Stay there again.

Hey,I have started to learn how tie a turban and with your video it is much easier but yours is very clean and whenever i try to tie it there are too many wrinkles.Can you suggest why it happens?
@globalvieweducation20528 жыл бұрын
Good question! There can be number of reasons: 1) Older the fabric, smoother it is. The one I used in the video, I had been using it for a couple of months. You can also make the cloth soft by soaking it in water overnight. 2) Your pooni might be loose. When you are doing pooni, make sure you stretch it properly and ensure a good tension. 3) Type of cloth: Full voil (100% cotton) is easy to play with is usually more smooth. 4) Practice practice.

Interesting. Is wearing a Turban a religious thing or culture thing? I saw a guy wearing a Turban once and he had a beanie over it. I thought that was interesting. It made him look more hip, more modern. Do you have to use a Turban to cover your head? Can I use a hat?
@mistersingh94997 жыл бұрын
The Loobis Turban is compulsory in Sikh religion. No hats not gonna work as Turban. Turban give a feel like king. It works like cushion to prevent head injury save you from sun, Cold, hit on head etc.
