What are Tig settings/mode when Torch current potentiometer adjustment have some impact to current? I have same WP-26 torch and Arccaptain 200P AC/DC tig, same set as in this video and at least I don't have seen any impact to current if I adjust potentiometer? If current adjustment should work, then my brand new Tig is somehow broken? Any help is welcome, because in user manual there is no guidance for it.

The potentiometer on WP26 controls the gas flow for welding, and as you mentioned, it does not control the current. Current adjustment in this case is typically done through the foot pedal, which allows for precise control over the welding current.
