Apollo is the the most Trustworthy company, I also had a long wait time but it was worth the wait. These guys are the best. Be patient.

@apolloscooters, can you gove directions on how to tighten the main steering bolt on the V3? it does not have that small screw on the bottom anymore.

Did you ever get an answer for this?

@apolloscooters, can you give an updated version for the V3 phantom?

Be nice if there was a video of how to get stuck lock tite set screws out and actually adjust the lower stem preload. Be nice to get rid of that notchy thing in the center so it turns smooth.

So like somebody else said you won't be able to break loose the bolt with a short allen Key. For mine I had to use a long ratcheting force bar with a 10 mm socket bit and angle adapter. This is a 2 person process. The wheel is very heavy too, and I dont think its possible to overtighten the bolt as mine is tight as it can be and the stem turns smoothely.

Realistically when can I expect my phantom to come in?

The side hex screws don’t move with any Alan key then get warped, I had to force the recall stem bolt out and in so I hope it’s safe to ride this scooter. Hard to get a hold of anyone on the spot.

What do you do if the part that the bolt goes through on the stem is stripped? Do you sell the replacement parts for it? It's not the bolt as i tried another M5 .8 bolt. Please get back to me.

I ended up drilling and tapping 1 size larger. Holding strong.

Hey Trevor, same issue here so glad I found someone that fixed it. Would you mind to give me some details/dimensions about the rod? I contacted Apollo with the issue but no reply yet and I literally cannot drive the scoter at all at this point. Thanks!!

Busa0069, couldn't agree more mate, don't know if he corrected himself on the 10mm hex key, left or right to loosen, bran spanking new phantom ludicrous, steering notchy as hell.
@rafaelmejia59882 жыл бұрын
Mine is too tight. I tried loosening that and it did not move at all after taking the 2 little bolts out. It is not clear which way is to tighten or loosening...

You should have an updated video. This model doesn't look anything like the phantom I have. This video doesn't help at all with fixing stem wobble. I had my Apollo phantom going on 3 months and the stem is wobbling bad. Paid for a $2000 scooter to have stem issues so quickly.

Were you able to get a solution?
@davidmedinacruz7032 жыл бұрын
I have a problem with the stem that I cannot fix not find info/help at this point. One of the fasteners that is used to secure the stem hinge has been sheared off. As a result, the stem is not secured and the hinge is loose. The loose hinge also has prevented the pin from being re-inserted, and the handle cannot be secured. Anyone had this issue before? Contacted Apollo but no answer by now. Thanks!

Hey David, We're sorry to learn you can no longer securely set your stem. For an issue like this, we do need a visual to asses the problem, please allow our support agents 24-72H to get back you! If you haven't already, including a picture or video of your issue will usually help the team determine what may have caused this and provide you a solution here!

After 2 years of using, the neck is flexing so bad. I’ve tried every single method in this video and it does not fix it. If I hold my front brake and push the scooter forward, the suspension moves to almost touching the deck! It’s scary to ride this thing above 50kmph

My stem is so loose now , so is somebody else's I know that bought a Phantom why don't you guys do a video and tighten it up for real so you can show everybody how it's really done and how difficult it is.
@daboxer1813 жыл бұрын
You should show how difficult it actually is to tighten that nut it's like a two-man job if you don't have the right stand and you need an extremely long bar you cannot tighten it with that short of an allen key. Misleading video.
@rdraven73563 жыл бұрын
how about you focus on getting your scooters to customers. Not cool to have delays on top of delays. Keep it up and you'll get a cancel from me.
@rdraven73563 жыл бұрын
@@liamthebear that’s not an excuse anymore. It’s their responsibility to deal with it and give reasonable estimate of arrival. It’s not the customers fault, rather their incompetence.
@ApolloScooters3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback. We are filling orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays have been out of our control. We completely understand your frustrations but ask for a little more patience. Rest assured, our focus continues to be on meeting the high demand for the phantom. The videos on our KZbin channel are not detracting in anyway.
