I've been looking forward to this build. Not too many people have tackled any Titanfall helmets, let alone this one. Can't wait to try it myself. On just a side note, anyone else notice how the pulse blade helmet looks like the Recon helmet from Halo, more notably the Reach version? Maybe this same template/tutorial could be used for that, with some adjustments.

Glad to finally be getting this one done =) You can take it so much further then this... Have added a Younglings/ child size in description =) - Due to this being foam, everyones construction will be slightly different so take the trimming/ adjustments as needed. good luck

However! for the helmet, i am following this for the base holo helmet, minus the faceplate.. and obviously the other differences for holo pilot. Andrew, for instance when you cut the circle pieces, how the bevel was uneven and kinda jagged from the pulls of the blade, can we sand these parts to make them flush, and can I sand the straight edges of these to give alittle more contour where everything slots together to make more of that 'rounded' plate/panel look, also what grade sand paper do you suggest? P.S. .. To ALL to DIDNT KNOW! .. .Unless you are Godly with hand control the drimmel just eats the foam away with the standard heads, I wouldnt suggest using one unless you have alotta practice on other scrap pieces and really know what ur doing.

Thanks for all these tutorials, they're really helpful. Just a few questions though, firstly, how do you cut curves, because whenever I do it the blade bends and the curve slants inwards or outwards. Also, on your templates, do you cut it out so the line is still on the template or do you cut the line off? Cheers

DuffmanOhBaby mine is always inconsistent which is why mine are a bit bad some of the time but I'd say keep the line on it

i ussually take it very slowely and apply some force downward to prevent blade from bending inward. leave line on, but either or will still turn out the same. just dont cut some pieces with line on and others with line off as will cause connecting issues =)
