Would you be able to create a How to Add Expressions video? or would you have a reference video showing how to do such things for us VERY newbs? 😅

Can you elaborate what you mean because if you mean the expression blendshapes it's this tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jX-tdZZ9bbCmiM0 This tutorial should show how to generate expressions from VRM blendshape clips. Unless you mean how to prepare a VRM with blendshape clips, default Vroid models should have the default VRM expressions and nothing else unless you use NEB tools to auto generate more blendshapes.

is there any way to set up auto-switching for expressions like in vseeface? i haven't been able to find anything about it anywhere :

The only way is to set up conditional blendshape nodes which I haven't learned that yet. A more simple way is not available for Warudo and it's only possible via nodes.
