I received an 8 digit code from british gas for £30 credit, took it to the garage and they said they can't do it, it has to be a voucher, are they lying, how can I get the credit on the key with that 8 digit number?

Hi, it should be done on Payzone terminal

After inserting the electricity key in Payzone terminal, they need to select option with “RTI” and then enter the 8 digit code. It should work

British gas doesn’t work on paypoint any more that’s why it has to be Payzone terminal

Waste of money You have to pay rental , then when customer pays in card , card charges and banking charges Now most customer dont buy anything they come jsut for topup So waste of money
