Well trying right now smth beyond my knowledge.. :) i've imagined a 3D object sticked on a fx moving bus and the bus makes a turn and the object sticked to the bus follows along. Could be a electronic messageboard. So how would you do this?
@pulsar95372 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the tutorial! But I've stumbled upon a problem that if you change the video to 3d the quality of the zoomed in picture becomes so low compared to what it was without the 3d option. Is there a way to keep the zoomed in tracking object feature without the 3d thing?

There is billions of tutorials about motion tracking with some text, animation etc., but this is only one video I found about motion tracking with camera zoom, which was WAYYY harder for me to figure out on my own. Thanks a lot, awesome work!

@@SurfacedStudio Is Hitfilm more powerful than After Effects?
@SurfacedStudio4 жыл бұрын
It depends a bit on what you're after :) HitFilm is really a bit of a mix of Premiere Pro and After Effects as it does both video editing and video compositing - however, individually Premiere Pro has more features for video editing and After Effects has more features for video compositing. Also, Adobe products are wider adopted in the industry so it's easier to find plugins and assets for them :)

At the step at 3:37 where it starts analyzing, mine starts analyzing but it goes extremely slow, it takes 5-10 seconds to analyze a single frame of it and I have a decently fast computer. Any fix?
@SurfacedStudio4 жыл бұрын
My guess is that you either have your search area or the search point too large so each frame needs to process a large amount of pixels

That's likely quite an extreme change in tracking so some manual fixing seems reasonable in that case :) Glad you figured it out!

I'm trying to do this with some low resolution footage. The tracker easily gets lost. Is it a good idea to make a super contrasted working layer copy - to help the tracker? (NB: I'm in CS6 hahaa)
@SurfacedStudio3 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can always add more contrast to you layer first to help out the tracker - and then remove the contrast effects afterwards :) That's a pretty common technique and very useful

Moreover, the environmental light effects on the character's same as Animation Studio Ufotable are doing in their recent animations. Can you please do that for me?

I don't think I'd use After Effects for hand-drawn animation - it's just not really the right tool for the job in my opinion. Check out the Grease Pencil feature in Blender - that's much more something that could do what you are after :)
