For those of you coming here in 2022 and beyond. You can change that "bar graph" to a "gauge" and do the same thing. Select the "gauge" and not "gauge with ranges" and you can get a cool velocity chart for this.

Yes, conditionals is now possible in Data Studio. It wasn't at the making of this video.
