Through this video, we aim to describe our opinion on certain intrinsic metrics which could be helpful for you in tracking your research progress. More often than not we evaluate our progress via metrics like citations, publications and h-index. However, these are quite superficial way to look at things. Thanks indeed,appreciate ur feedback and insights regarding Research work.Actually sir, lately when I was studying hydrolysis of water using Rhodium as catalyst....Interestingly now I want to know how actually a transition metal as Rhodium can b used in hydrolysis.just want to know the key role of Rhodium in splitting of water.What would be your take on sir by doing research on it??
