To the best of my knowledge,,,choosing phd guide is sooo difficult as I have came across some phdians claiming they are at the verge of quiting research because of negative and unacceptable behaviour of supervisor even though good at work .Since then in dilema whether to go for phd or not no matter how better institute and the research topic we have chosen .keeping in this mind , supervisor plays significant role in deciding the future of student while research.Anyways thanks for contentful videos on the daily basis....

Absolutely true, supervisor plays a very significant role in deciding your future, no matter how good you are, if supervisor doesn't want you to progress, he will indirectly put all the efforts so that you don't progress.

Sir I want to ask you one thing.. .. many people or even professors says that doing full time PhD is better than part time is it true ? I mean I want to do PhD but I m not in the condition to do Full time because I have to take care of my family financially. But I m really interested in doing research or you can say "better research" not only for to take degree. Choosing guide and institute very difficult whenever I discuss it with professors they say itna choosy mt bno part time to aese hi topic/guides milenge etc etc. But it's a very long period investment of time and money. I need your opinion about it.

i got chance at Nit Durgapur under a 3 years projects, post as JRF, they will offer 31000. Can I quite the Project - JRF after 1 year? Or at that time I have to return 1 year fellowship? Or No chance to quite the project, without finish it in 3 year continue!!! I have few query about JRf. I want to clear this query urgently.
