9:10 Look back and give yourself credit for having a consistent process and look back at how far you've come. Don't worry about how much someone else is making just focus on yourself. Great advice for us still new to the game and that see others are making more with a gambling strategy while you're sticking to your process, managing your risk vs reward.

2:21 Key take away risk management and not entering trades without a plan or outside your skillset. The way you talk about risk management and the psychology behind it really helps when avoiding FOMO or trades I shouldn't be in. While I hope I never reach a point in my career I have to use it, I just found out this last week that some brokers will even allow you to set a hard stop and auto stop you should you reach it if you can't manage your Risk and then you go mention it again in this vid.

Thanks Nate - 2 Main Takeaways this time: 5:30 - discovering cracks in your foundation, mistakes that are mine and mine only. and build off that to grow to next level. 15:30 - why are you already flipping ur bias? big move comes after the big move. once tide changes, doesnt have to bounce, doesnt have to pull back.

11:30 Every time you prepare for a trade you should understand what type of trade that is (ex: failed follow through momentum). This gives you expectations on what the trade should look like if it's successful. I always think about the "Walk into Profit Quickly" rule by Jesse Livermore, and what signs/behavior invalidate my setups.

11:46 you explain how the break of a key level and confirmation should look. Far too often I would fall in to the trap of 'well it broke this resistance level let me start in short' only for it to get bought back up immediately.

Key takeaway #1 4:50 "Know your weaknesses" and eliminate that stubbornness out of the equation. Prevent a small loss from spiraling into an unmanageable loss. I am a new trader and am lucky to have an 85% win rate. However, there have been a few times where a small loss, turns into a larger loss due to my own weakness of not cutting out and stepping back. Key takeaway #2 8:05 "somebody always makes more" just focus on yourself and improving your own game to level yourself up. It's easy to dismiss the positives of our own trades when we see friends and others made so much more.... Who cares! Someone else's P/L doesn't put money in my bank account or improve my trading game. This is my first week with you all. Excited to learn and improve my trading game plan and take my trading to the next level.

Very informative, my take away as a new trader is knowing what category the trade is in and not to focus on too many trades at the same time, knowing you may loose out on something very big. Thanks, have a very good trading week.

What does he mean exactly when he says "they used that $5 break out to downsize their soak so they can support the dip"? Someone who knows the answer pretty please explain this thoroughly. I want to be sure i got it right. I was on the long side here at 03:17 PM with nice gains but was looking for that $5 squeeze. I knew that lower high from the 02:10 high to the 03:10 high was bad news but i held it until it collapsed through vwap. Came out unscaved but had i read this correctly i could have gotten out sooner.

2:30 There’s a number where you losses balloon. Ive had these days where I have a loss and it’s not a big deal. Then I get into a trade and double down or trade another ticket for a loss. And so on. I get yo a point where a trade ruins an entire week or month. Got to have more discipline and trade less.

This was big considering the bias flipping mentioned after. I think that can happen to a lot of green traders who wait for a move and get it later than expected, which causes them to end up switching bias to whatever the contrary play may be
