I am just jotting down the points, please correct if I am wrong ☺️ - For uptrend, 2 higher lows. When extended, should join one more HL. - Downtrend, 2 lower highs. When extended, should join one more LH. - Start with candle wicks. Can cut wicks, but should not cut bodies until the reversal point. - Multi timeframe: 1d,4h,1h,30m,15m. - If lower timeframe trend (say 1h is uptrend) is contradicting higher timeframe (s) (say 4h is downtrend), the higher timeframe trendline acting as target.

Sir,Do you recommend pairs trading using forex( say EUR/JPY & GBP/JPY OR AUD/USD & NZD/USD)--correlations are 90% and that gives solid staying power & sharply cuts down draw downs. Buy underpriced pair & sell overpriced pair(say using 14 period RSI on 4H charts)? And there are lots of such pairs with 90%/80% correlations--and ALSO that would sharply cut down accounts blow ups even for A new trader.

If holding forex trades for 2-3 days & entering on 15 minutes chart action,what should be Guiding time frame chart for trend direction.If one uses daily for trend,then trader is paying for overpriced merchandise.Going with 1H trend for direction,the trend can flip on A dime.Decent trend on 4H chart is not going to flip on A dime.I would think that 4H trend is optimal for direction.Objective is to buy on correction & to keep stop loss 30-50 pips for risk control/survival.Seek your wisdom.
