Hey dusty ok am going for my first spartan in April in Charlotte Nc I plan on doing the trifecta this year the beast in held in my backyard WV so cant wait for it I like your videos but wish you would demonstrate them in your gym to get a better idea of the movement of the exercises also some nutritional pointers would be nice I am going to need all the help I can get. Hey Dusty, thanks for the week 2 upgrade. I struggle so far with the Bucket. I bought one 2 weeks ago and as I didn't buy of find rocks, I just added 70 lbs worth of small weight plates. The plates tend to move around as I carry it which is annoying so I will probably go hunt down some rocks soon. Anyhow, my middle back tights up when walking at around the 2-3 minute mark, while my arms and legs are still going strong. I will need to improve here or it is burpee time in the race. I estimate I will need around 5 min to carry the bucket 400m. I've tried different grips, stretching, supermans, etc.. to get rid of the tightness. So for no help. My race is in Apr. so I got time to improve it, just not sure the most effective way to do it. Any ideas? Thanks, Bryan

How does the weight balance when you carry it? I didn't actually use rocks either, I made my bucket the same time we demolished our kitchen. So I ended up breaking up the old counter top (granite)

Dusty Yesterday I tried it up higher on my chest with my arms around it like a bear hug and managed to scoot along with small steps at a slow jog pace . I also lowered the weight to 58 lbs which helped but I got a ways to go before being able to blast through 400x4.

Hey dusty on the bucket carry you say find a 220M hill. What percent Incline do you recommend
