One ti, me I had the splits and after many yearws have lost them. My aim is to get them back. Having had ballet training when I was younger, I know how long things take. However, after beginning your videos, I feel My body changing. Keeping that neutral spine for me makes so much differenceI had always been trained to push my hips forward but concentrating on the neutral spine has made a tremendous difference. My hamstrings actually have good flexibility but my hip flexors and quads are another matter. Your videos are such a help for working adults to work ballet into their lives. Nothing has ever made me feel as good as ballet. It's all about mind body co ordination. I feel more than grateful for these videos.

You’re so welcome! I’m glad you’re rediscovering your ballet (and flexibility). Yes, a neutral pelvis makes ALL the difference!!! 😊🩰✨🎉

Normally the videos I watch like this hurt my legs, but this was NOTHING LESS THAN PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY AND FORM! I was able to do all of it without struggling and becoming frustrated. My legs have never felt so free 😂. I also did your hip stretches, and it’s the same thing. I will definitely be doing this for as long as I need to. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH YOUR’RE INCREDIBLE! The best ballet teacher ever!

OMG! You are the BEST teacher!!! I have been trying off and on for years to get my splits. I just turned 53 and have recommitted to my splits goal. Your style of teaching is amazing...as are your cute outfits you wear which so wonderfully set the tone for class. Thank you :)

I have watched all your videos and every single time I wonder: how do you style your hair? Your updo always looks so beautiful. I would love to know ❤

Thank you! It's funny that you like my hairstyle because it is actually quite a messy bun. I honestly thought that my hair was not optimal--but then I added the headband and I think that brings it together with a little more elegance. ;-D I'm going to do a video on how I do it--I just have to work out how to film both the front and back as I do it. My hair is long, so this style takes some length and some hairpins! Thanks so much for watching my videos and for the great video suggestion! :-D

Did I do something wrong? When i stretched one of my leg at like 11:27 my that part of my hip didnt hurt, the part that felt stretched was like my front hip? Idk how to say it tho, but it was in those areas just felt it somewhere else, not directly that place .

What i mean is , like my front hip/thigh (?) 🗿

That is definitely a place you can expect to feel stretching! Just remember to take it slow and steady, using your breathing and posture to assist with the stretch. 😊🌸🩰
