yeah, with unlimited resources you can train like this. In Canada, players have to pay for their own training and travel and often take another job to fund their sport activities.

Learn from Denmark, the country with less than 6 million people (200 times smaller than China). They train hard but focus on learning and not on clocked hours. Their players also have good longevity and play well into their 30s, because they do not "burn" through talent.
